Booking & Managing Your Membership
The easiest way to book classes and manage your membership is in the LA Sculpt mobile app.
Download it from the App Store or Google Play to:
Book, cancel, or modify class reservations
Purchase single classes and class packs
Buy a new membership (excluding the Student Membership — that must be purchased in person at the studio)
Manage or cancel your existing membership
View your schedule and booking history

Prefer to book on desktop? You can also book through our website or your Mindbody account.
To cancel your membership, you can do it directly in the LA Sculpt mobile app or email support@lasculpt.com before your next billing date.
Cancellation & Billing
Monthly Memberships:
Cancel anytime directly in the LA Sculpt mobile app or by emailing support@lasculpt.com before your next billing date
If you cancel after your billing date, your membership remains active through the end of the paid month
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared
Student & Summer Club Memberships (fixed-term):
To cancel before the end of your term, email support@lasculpt.com or do it directly in the LA Sculpt app before your next billing date
No refunds are provided for past billing periods
Membership Freeze:
$15 fee, up to 90 days per calendar year
Freezes cannot be retroactive
Freezes and cancellations cannot overlap
Class Packs & Private Training:
All sales are final. Packs and packages are non-transferable.

Pets
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted inside the studio.
Scheduled Clients Only
Only booked clients may be inside the studio during class times. Please arrange childcare in advance if needed.
Studio Information
LA Sculpt offers classes in both a softly heated and non-heated environment. Please refer to the class schedule for details — all classes are clearly labeled.
For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so a team member can assist you with setup.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Malibu Country Mart.
Plenty of free parking is available at the Country Mart.
Directions: If you are standing outside SunLife Organics, you’ll see the playground and a white building with shops. Enter through the staircase facing the playground.
Walk up the stairs — we are on the 2nd floor, right side (Suite E-9).
Injuries & Safety
Your safety is very important to us at LA Sculpt. Please listen to your body and move at your own pace during class. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class begins. Always listen to your body, ask questions if you are unsure about a movement, and move mindfully.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or are returning from injury, we strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional prior to participating.
LA Sculpt is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during class. Participation is at your own risk, and by attending class, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical well-being.
If at any point during class you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, overheated, or uncomfortable, please stop immediately and take a break. You are always encouraged to modify movements or rest as needed.

Attire & What to Bring
Mats are provided for all classes. We recommend bringing water and a towel. Sweat towels and bottled water are available for purchase, and we offer a complimentary water refill station.
Dance Sculpt classes are always non-heated and require athletic tennis shoes.
Mat Pilates and Pilates Sculpt classes require bare feet or grip socks. No outside shoes are permitted in the studio for these formats.
Softly Heated Classes
Some LA Sculpt classes are offered in a softly heated room to enhance muscle activation, flexibility, and overall intensity. The room is typically maintained between 80–90°F and can feel warmer depending on class type, studio conditions, and individual tolerance.
Softly heated exercise may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any medical conditions — including heart conditions, heat sensitivity, dizziness, dehydration, low blood pressure, or are pregnant — please consult a healthcare provider before attending.
Clients are responsible for staying hydrated before, during, and after class. We recommend bringing water and taking breaks as needed. If you begin to feel unwell at any time, please stop and exit the heated environment if necessary.
By attending a softly heated class at LA Sculpt, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with exercising in a warm environment and agree to participate at your own discretion.
Modifications, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, & No-Shows
Group Classes:
Cancel or modify at least 12 hours before class through the LA Sculpt mobile app
Late cancellations: loss of credit. Unlimited memberships incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-shows: loss of credit + $20 fee
Group class booking: Book through the LA Sculpt mobile app, our website, or ClassPass
Private Training:
Cancel or modify at least 24 hours before your session
Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of credit
Late Arrivals:
5-minute grace period for all classes and privates (no exceptions)
Waitlists
If a class is full, join the waitlist through the LA Sculpt mobile app.
Treat waitlist bookings like confirmed spots — cancel if you cannot attend.
Standard late cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Roster locks 1 hour before class; no changes after that time.
You’ll be notified via text (and email if enabled) when you’re added to class.
Cell Phones
Phones must be silenced and kept off the studio floor. If you are expecting an important call, notify your instructor and step out to take it.
Returns
All sales are final. Merchandise may be exchanged only if unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Cash Free Studio
We are a cash-free studio. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle for merchandise purchases.
