These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LA Sculpt LLC ("LA Sculpt," "we," "us," or "our") website located at lasculpt.com, including booking of in-person classes, Members Only classes and events, and purchase of LA Sculpt On-Demand content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The minimum age to book an in-person or Members Only class is 14.
By purchasing LA Sculpt On-Demand content, you represent that you are at least 14 years old, or that a parent or guardian has provided consent on your behalf.
2. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the applicable class credit or payment.
3. Member Only Access
Access to Members Only classes, including any password provided to you, is personal to you. You may share it with immediate friends and family, but it may not be posted publicly, shared on social media, or distributed to large groups (such as an entire organization). LA Sculpt reserves the right to revoke Members Only access at its discretion.
4. LA Sculpt On-Demand Content
All LA Sculpt On-Demand video content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise redistribute this content in any form. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to LA Sculpt On-Demand without refund, and LA Sculpt reserves the right to pursue any other remedies available under applicable law. Note, access may be temporarily suspended during site maintenance.
5. Code of Conduct
LA Sculpt reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of our community.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our website's payment platform. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA Sculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Participation in physical fitness activities carries inherent risk.
If you book an in-person class, please refer to our separate Liability Waiver. For LA Sculpt On-Demand and online content, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, voluntarily assume all such risks, confirm you are in good physical health (or have consulted a physician), and agree to release and hold harmless LA Sculpt LLC, its instructors, and owners from any liability or claims arising from your participation at home or off-site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
